5. Analysis tools
Google Analytics
This website uses functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics. The provider is Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.
Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies”. These are text files which are stored on your computer and which enable an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there.
The storage of Google Analytics cookies is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the analysis of user behavior in order to optimize both his website and his advertising.
IP anonymization (Google Analytics)
We have activated the IP anonymization function on this website. This means that your IP address will be truncated by Google within member states of the European Union or in other signatory states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area before it is transmitted to the USA. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transferred to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on the website activities and to provide further services to the website operator in connection with the use of the website and the Internet. The IP address transmitted by your browser within the scope of Google Analytics is not combined with other data from Google.
Browser Plugin (Google Analytics)
You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser, however please note that if you do this you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website. You can also prevent the collection of data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) to Google and the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plugin available under the following link: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en.

6. Plugins and tools
Using the Google Tag Manager
This website uses the Google Tag Manager. This service allows website tags to be managed through an interface. The Google Tag Manager only implements tags. That means: no cookies are used and no personal data is collected. The Google Tag Manager triggers other tags, which in turn may collect data. However, the Google Tag Manager does not access this data. If a deactivation has been made at domain or cookie level, it will remain in effect for all tracking tags as long as they are implemented with the Google Tag Manager.
7. Social media and online platforms
This site does not use social plugins from social media or online platforms. The redirection is only done by clicking on the link behind the icon.
We operate appearances on several online platforms and social networks in order to interact with potential or existing customers or talents, to exchange information with interested parties and users or to advertise offers and services. This includes the following providers:
Facebook Ireland Ltd., 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Irland About Facebook Privacy
LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company Wilton Place, Dublin 2, Irland About LinkedIn Privacy
XING AG, Dammtorstraße 29-32, 20354 Hamburg, Germany About Xing Privacy
ImmobilienScout24
Immobilien Scout GmbH, Andreasstr. 10, 10243 Berlin, Germany About ImmobilienScout24 Privacy
Please note that in the case of interaction via the aforementioned media, data may also be processed outside the area of the European Union, whereby the providers have undertaken to comply with the EU data protection standards. Furthermore, user data is generally processed for market research and advertising purposes. Thus, for example, user profiles can be created from the user behavior and the resulting interests of the users. The user profiles can in turn be used, for example, to place advertisements inside and outside the platforms that presumably correspond to the interests of the users.
We operate our fan pages (e.g. on Facebook) in so-called joint responsibility with the provider. Within the scope of interaction via our fan page, we receive (from Facebook) statistical data on the use of our fan pages. This includes, for example, information about interactions, likes, comments or summarized information and statistics (e.g. about the age or origin of our followers), which help us to learn something about the interactions with our site. For more information about the nature and scope of these statistics, please refer to the Facebook Page Statistics Notice and the respective responsibilities in the Facebook Page Insights supplement. The legal basis for this data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f) GDPR.
We have no influence on data that is processed by the provider (e.g. Facebook) on its own responsibility according to Facebook’s own terms of use. We would like to point out that when you visit the fan page, data on your usage behavior is transferred from Facebook and the fan page to Facebook. You can find more information on this in the above-mentioned Facebook data protection information.
If we have personal data about you when operating the fan page, you are entitled to the rights stated in this privacy policy. Should you wish to assert any additional rights against Facebook, you can contact Facebook directly via this link. Facebook knows the details of the technical operation of the fan page and the associated data processing as well as the specific purposes of data processing and can implement appropriate measures if you exercise your rights.
